Auth Agent provides an OAuth 2.1 authorization server designed for AI agents. Our responsibility is limited to the secure issuance and validation of OAuth tokens and managing agent and client credentials within our authorization server.

2. Website Developer Responsibilities

As a website developer integrating Auth Agent, you are solely responsible for:

• Properly implementing the OAuth 2.1 flow on your website, including secure handling of authorization codes, tokens, and user data.
• Ensuring the security of your application and its compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
• Protecting your `client_secret` and other sensitive credentials.
• The user experience and security measures within your own application.

3. AI Agent User Responsibilities

As an AI agent user, you are solely responsible for:

• Securely storing and managing your `agent_id` and `agent_secret` credentials.
• The actions performed by your AI agents when authenticated through Auth Agent.
• Ensuring your agents comply with the terms of service of third-party websites they interact with.
• Monitoring and controlling the permissions granted to your agents.

4. Limitation of Liability

Auth Agent is not responsible for any security breaches, data loss, or other damages arising from:

• Improper implementation of OAuth by website developers.
• Misuse or compromise of agent or client credentials.
• Actions taken by AI agents on third-party websites.
• Any vulnerabilities or issues within third-party websites or AI agent implementations.

Our liability is strictly limited to the services provided by the Auth Agent authorization server itself.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
